The building that is located on TEM Motorway, within the İstoç center complex, is designed as an office building. There had been a functional transformation in the building according to a decision made by the owner. It was demanded to be changed into a hotel due to its proximity to İstanbul Atatürk Airport. A transformation project has been prepared in this context. The transformation project involves new arrangements in spaces that provide the requirements for a five star hotel.
