Low-rise housing blocks are placed in a park design. The settlement allows to create local-scale commercial activities like supermarket, pharmacy, and shops. The main living spaces in the apartments are park-oriented. There are 275 apartments with different plan schemes. The park design includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, playgrounds, pedestrian routes and observation decks.
