The project site is very close to the housing and commercial district that is being built in Söğütözü area. A variety of spaces that contain different building programs have been proposed for the building block that is surrounded by roads. The urban spaces created between the buildings with convex and concave lines can be accessed from various levels. These high-rise buildings can be used as apartmentsor offices. Many connection points are provided for the independent commercial units designed within the lower mass. The fragmental order of the masses creates alternative spaces for functional diversity.
