LUXERA MEYDAN

The Project aims to be a new center of life in the heart of Bağcılar District. The squares, the project is named, are the places where people come together, expressing themselves and bringing people together from different cultures. Luxera Meydan is proposed as a square in the surrounding region. It is a mixed-use project where 3 different metro lines are located all around the square. Crossing metro lines and alternatives transportations provide the necessary time to make the social life easier and improve the quality of life. Two different ground floors were formed by using the level differences. There are 74 commercial units in various sizes, cafes, restaurants and markets etc. Commercial units are designed as open space. In addition, there are two residential block of 22 level which placed diagonally on two crossing end of the plot. There are 242 apartments in 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 types in the residential blocks. The project includes a total 1000 m2 social facility with swimming pool, fitness rooms, Turkish bath and sauna units etc. The project 2 parking floors, where commercial and residential use differentiated. The large terrace areas on the room of the commercial block belong the individual use of the dwellings. These large terraces in both sides are connected with a bridge to open to use of both blocks.
